General Manager

Your new company

Your new company is global leading supplier of raw materials to the rotational moulding industry. With over 30 years’ experience, their mission is to introduce fresh ideas and exciting new materials to the market and expand the range of products that can be rotomoulded. This company is seeking a General Manager to lead the Oceania Senior Management Team.

Your new role

You will be reporting to the Group CEO leading the Oceania Senior Management Team and representing Oceania matters at a Board level. This is a non-unionized manufacturing environment with an approximate headcount in Oceania of 55 employees.

Main responsibilities include:

Direct and lead all internal employees.
Contribute to the development of the company’s corporate strategy.
Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures.
Develop and control all company budgets.
Regularly review operations.
Represent the European business at Board level.
Attend Group Leadership Team (GLT) meetings.
Always ensure all personnel act with a consistent and serious attitude to Health and safety.

What you'll need to succeed

5 years + working as a GM in a multinational corporation.
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards associated with general manufacturing.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Polymer processing experience is desirable.
